Who we are

findjobsmap (findjobsmap.co.uk) is a job listings platform in preparation, run by the team behind herisbul.com in Turkey. For any privacy question, contact info@findjobsmap.co.uk.

What we collect

When you fill in the early registration form: business name, your name, email, phone (optional), area and postcode, sector, number of people you hire, preferred language and your message. We also record when you gave consent, and a shortened, non-reversible hash of your IP address to prevent spam. We do not store your IP address itself with your registration.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the launch of findjobsmap and, if you wish, to set up your business account. We never sell your details, use them for advertising or share them with third parties, other than our hosting provider, which stores them on our behalf.

Lawful basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

Until launch, and no longer than 12 months after you register. If you don't create an account in that time, your registration is deleted. We'll delete it sooner if you ask.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies. We don't use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. All files, including fonts, are served from our own server, so your visit isn't reported to other companies.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. These are kept for a limited time and used only for security.

Where your data is stored

Your details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on our server in Turkey, which is outside the UK. The UK has no "adequacy regulations" for this country, so the transfer relies on the explicit consent you give when you submit the form (Article 49(1)(a) UK GDPR). We keep access to your details limited and keep the server secured and up to date. We may move the data to a UK server in future.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your details, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Just write to info@findjobsmap.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).
